A leading Middle East hotel group needed to specify and procure complete bathroom fixtures for a newly built 5-star property in Dubai. The project required consistent quality across 480 bathrooms, compliance with Dubai Municipality specifications, and delivery in two batches to align with the phased fit-out schedule.
The Challenge
The hotel brand standards required thermostatic shower systems with anti-scald protection, concealed valves, and a consistent brushed nickel finish across all product types. The procurement team had a 90-day window from specification sign-off to delivery on-site — leaving 35 days for production after a 15-day sample and approval process.

Certifications Provided
All products were supplied with CE Declaration of Conformity, ISO 9001 certificates, and product-specific test reports. Dubai Municipality accepted the CE documentation as part of their MEP approvals process.
Outcome
Both production batches delivered on schedule. Zero defects were reported during installation. The hotel group has since ordered for two additional properties in Abu Dhabi and Qatar.
