From Workshop to Global Manufacturer
Aquelix was established in 2008 in Guangdong Province, China, by engineers with backgrounds in precision machining and plumbing hardware. What began as a 12-person operation focused on OEM manufacturing for European importers has grown into a 350-person facility producing 2,400+ SKUs for buyers in 60+ countries.
The company name reflects our founding principle: water (aqua) at the point of maximum flow (the apex). We believe a faucet or shower head should deliver perfect water, reliably, every time — for the lifetime of the building it's installed in.
Today, Aquelix serves importers, hotel procurement teams, residential developers, and commercial contractors. Our production facility spans 180,000 sq ft and includes in-house brass foundry, machining, electroplating, and quality lab capabilities.

Brass Foundry & CNC Machining
In-house brass casting from HPb57-3 billets. 24 CNC machining centers for body production. Dimensional tolerance ±0.01mm on critical bore dimensions.
Electroplating & PVD Finishing
In-house electroplating lines for chrome, nickel, and gold. PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating chamber for matte black, brushed gold, and custom colors. 8+ micron copper undercoat standard.
Quality & Testing Lab
In-house laboratory with pressure testing rigs (10 bar / 100 hours), cartridge cycle test machines (500,000+ cycles), salt spray chambers (500 hours), and spectrophotometer for color ΔE measurement.
OEM & ODM Design Studio
8-person product design team using SolidWorks and Rhino3D. 3D printed prototype in 5 days. Brass prototype (CNC) in 12 days. Full production tooling in 35–50 days.
Custom Packaging & Branding
In-house packaging design and printing. Custom color boxes, retail-ready packaging, neutral packing for own-brand import. Barcode and CE labeling per destination market requirements.
Logistics & Export
Export department handling FCL, LCL, and air freight. Working relationships with Maersk, MSC, DHL, and FedEx. Incoterms 2020 compliant documentation for all markets.
